Terms of Service
NodeAI is provided as-is while in early access. These terms describe what you can expect and what is expected of you.

What NodeAI is
NodeAI is an inference control plane. You connect compute you own or rent, set a policy for which data may run where, and NodeAI routes requests to an eligible node — retrying on another node when one fails mid-reply. NodeAI does not supply the models or the GPUs.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe: your password, your API keys, and the applications you authorize. You can revoke any API key or connected application at any time from the console. Do not share an account; connect a separate application instead.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not use NodeAI if you are barred from doing so by applicable law.
Your compute, your responsibility
The nodes you connect are yours to operate. You are responsible for the models you run on them, for licence compliance for those models, for the cost of the machines, and for the security of the environments they run in. NodeAI reports what a node tells it about itself; it cannot verify a node's physical location or who else can reach it.
Trust tiers and compliance flags are labels you set to describe your own fleet. They are enforced in routing exactly as configured, but NodeAI cannot confirm that a node you marked Tier 1 really is company-owned hardware.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use NodeAI to:
- break the law, or help someone else do so;
- generate or distribute material that sexualises minors, or content whose purpose is to harass, defraud or impersonate someone;
- attack NodeAI or any third party — including attempts to access another account's data, nodes, or conversations;
- resell access in a way that obscures from your own users that their prompts pass through your NodeAI account and your nodes.
NodeAI may suspend an account that is doing these things, and will tell you why where it safely can.
Availability and early access
NodeAI is in early access. There is no uptime commitment, features may change, and data formats may change with them. Mid-reply failover is a real mechanism, not a guarantee: if no eligible node can take a turn, the turn fails visibly rather than silently relaxing your policy.
Data
The Privacy Policy describes what NodeAI stores, including that prompts and replies are stored. Read it before sending anything sensitive. Your policy settings — data sensitivity and trust tiers — control which of your nodes may serve which conversations, but they do not change what NodeAI itself records.
No warranty, and limits
NodeAI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Model output can be wrong; you are responsible for checking anything you act on.
To the fullest extent the law allows, NodeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or compute costs incurred on your own or rented machines.
Ending it
You can stop using NodeAI whenever you like; email [email protected] to have your account and data deleted. NodeAI may discontinue the service, in which case it will give what notice it reasonably can.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above. Questions: [email protected].
These terms are provided in plain language and are not legal advice.
